Deep Down I Heard a Scream is a dance performance choreographed by Lior Lazarof and inspired by the possibility of healing through “mending memories.” Similarly to her previous works, Deep Down I Heard a scream examines the limits of the body in relation to the space it operates within. Such act dictates the relationship between the performer and the audience, weaving together narratives of love and death, which are portrayed through sound, text, and movement.
